Shipping Policy

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Delivery times:

    • Denmark: 2–4 business days

    • EU: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location)

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • Shipping fees: Displayed at checkout and vary by destination.

  • Delays: During peak seasons or unforeseen events, delivery may take longer.

Returns Policy

You can return unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be:

  • In original, unopened packaging

  • Unused and in resellable condition

How to return:
Email returns@calmscents.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used candles, opened bath products, or customized items.

Damaged or defective items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
