Ordering & Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Once an order is dispatched, changes are no longer possible.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Selected items can be wrapped as gifts — just choose the option at checkout when available.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU (and internationally to selected countries).

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — check the banner at the top of our website for current offers.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I request a return?
Simply contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll send you instructions.

Do you refund shipping costs?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Products & Care

Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes — we use high-quality soy or natural waxes and essential oils. No parabens or harmful additives.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use and allow the top layer to melt completely on the first burn.
